La Flor de Cano Grandiosos - Asia Pacific Regional Edition
The Grandiosos is the first La Flor de Cano Regional Edition to be released outside the United Kingdom. The Grandiosos was launched at the Cohiba Atmosphere in Hong Kong on the 12th September, 2013. Images from the event can be found on the Siglo Accessory Facebook Page.
The Grandiosos has the same dimensions as the Montecristo Edmundo, coming in at a ring gauge of 52, and the length of 135mm.
It's interesting to note, that the Grandiosos comes hot behind the heels of the 2012 Asia Pacific Regional Edition, the El Rey Del Mundo Aniversario, that was less than six months before the Grandiosos, in March 2013.

Bolívar Poderosos - Belgium and Luxembourg Regional Edition
A Cigar Aficionado news story first published on the 11th July 2013 revealed that a large figurado sized Bolívar would be released for the Belgium & Luxembourg regional market sometime in 2013. News was a little thin on the ground, as the only other information that was supplied that the vitola of this yet named Cigar would be the Rodolfo.
Fast forward to November, where the Luxembourg La Casa Del Habano revealed that the Cigar would be called the Poderosos and will come housed in 8-9-8 boxes of twenty five. This will be the first time that a Regional Edition release will come housed in the 8-9-8 format. Interestingly, a few months before, 5th Avenue, the German Distributor announced that they intended to release a Regional Edition to come housed in the 8-9-8 format. Looks like the Belgium and Luxemburg distributor beat them to it!
The La Casa Del Habano Knokke stated that the Poderosos will be available on sale from the 1st December. However, as of yet, the release date seems to be around the 5th or 6th of December. Both Luxembourg and Knokke La Casa Del Habano currently retail boxes of Poderosos for €505 each.
The Rodolfo vitola is usually reserved for special releases, for example the Coleccion Bolívar 2010 and the La Casa del Habanos San Cristóbal Muralla release from 2006. The Rodolfo measures in at 54 ring gauge by 18 centimetres.
Other than the name, the Bolívar Poderosos does not share any similarities as the 2009 Swiss Regional Edition, the Punch Poderosos.
The La Casa del Habano in Luxembourg were the first retailer to release images of the Pedorosos:
Bolívar Redentores - Brazilian Regional Edition
The Bolívar Redentores will be the first ever Brazilian Regional Edition Release. Not much is known regarding this release as of yet, although it is reputed that this Cigar will have a fifty ring gauge and will be 124mm in length.

El Rey Del Mundo Infantes - Cuban Regional Edition
A blog post by David Savona over at Cigar Aficionado first gave mention to a 2013 Regional Edition for Cuba, whilst at the Habanos Festival in February.
Fast forward to the 18th June, 2013 where the El Rey del Mundo Infantes was unveiled at the La Casa del Habanos of the Habana Libre Hotel. This launch was attended by distributors and retailers from around the world. The Infantes is a Robusto, the same dimensions as the Partagas Serie D No. 4 and Bolivar Royal Corona. The dimensions of this Cigar means that it's slightly thicker but slightly shorter than the Choix Supreme, a Regular Production vitola from the El Rey del Mundo brand. The 2013 Regional Edition for Cuba will be packaged in dress boxes of ten, with 5000 numbered boxes made in all.
Juan López Minutos - French Regional Edition
The Minutos were released on the French market in the second week of December 2013, with the Belicosos Royal shortly after.
Quai d'Orsay Belicoso Royal - French Regional Edition
The Belicoso Royal was finally released in the middle of January 2014, and is currently retailing at around €15 a piece.
Rafael González Petit Pirámides - German Regional Edition
The first Regional Edition to be announced for 2013, the Petit Piramides will be the first Regional Edition released under the Rafael Gonzalez brand. The La Casa del Habano in Düsseldorf were the first to announce this release in mid February 2013.
Although the Petit Pirámides were the first Regional Edition to be announced, the Cigar did not become available for purchase until January 2014. The only other Regional Edition that is for 2013 but did not get released until 2014 was the Quai d'Orsay Belicoso Royal.
Ramon Allónes Sidon - Lebanon Regional Edition
Por Larrañaga Secretos - Spanish Regional Edition
It seems that the Spanish distributor for Cuban Cigars, Altadis have utilised a different strategy for their own 2013 Regional Edition, compared to other distributors. Whilst other distributors have gone for prestige, Altadis have gone ahead and produced a high volume, low price regional edition in the form of the Por Larrañaga Secretos.
Whilst other distributors have gone for the minimum run of 2000 boxes, the Secretos have a release of 8000 boxes of 25. Secretos are currently retailing in Spain at around €3.50 per single cigar.
From what I've read on the major cigar forums, this strategy has been a huge success with aficionados, where many of them have gone ahead and secured multiple boxes without even sampling the cigar beforehand. Even with Altadis huge run of 8000 boxes, I can't see the Secretos hanging around in the walk-in humidors of Spanish tobacconists much more than a year.
Bolívar Presidente - Swiss Regional Edition
The Bolívar Presidente was released at the tail end of 2013. Five thousand boxes were produced in all, each containing ten cigars.
Ramon Allónes Robusto Corto - Dutch Regional Edition
La Flor de Cano Gran Cano - United Kingdom Regional Edition
The La Flor de Cano Gran Cano was launched at the annual Hunters & Frankau Party, that took place on Tuesday, 15th October 2013, at the HQS Wellington, Victoria Embankment.
A Gordito sized Cigar, the Gran Cano shares the same characteristics as the United Kingdom Regional Release for 2011, the La Flor de Cano Short Robusto. Light to medium strength, the Gran Cano is mainly a floral smoke, a perfect daytime cigar.
