Courage's Best Bitter , is Golden Brown in colour with a nice frothy head. At 3.8 ABV, this is a nice easy drinking session Ale.

Courage Best Bitter Bottle with it's contents in a Pint Glass

On the nose, there's a light sprinkling of hops, with a distinctive lime aroma. There's a medium amount of bubbles coming through the bitter as the result of carbonation.

Tasting Courage's Best Bitter, the body is light, it's quite refreshing with it's nice hoppy finish. Although light, there's a lingering bitter finish.

Mumbo jumbo aside, I quite like this bitter. There's nothing overly amazing about it - however it's solid and totally drinkable. I could easily drink two or three bottles of Courage's Best Bitter without feeling bloated or drunk.

You can get this Bitter quite cheaply at your local Aldi. I think I purchased this beer for only a pound. Bargain.
